Boarding House
FOREWORD
To optimize the advantages of studying in SNA, a Boarding House is set up to provide convenience to benefit students whose homes are far away from the school and students who love communal living.
The Boarding House is a unique environment conducive for inculcating values and desirable characters in individuals. Boarders learn to lead an independent life outside their own homes, while at the same time foster friendships with other boarders.
The communcal lifestyle in the Boarding House helps to promote care and respect for others and deepen boarders’ understanding of social diversities and cultures.

Boarding Facilities:
SNA Boarding House consists of a 3-storey building with secured and separated entrances for our Male and Female boarders in order to ensure security within the compound. No male student is allowed to be in the Female Boarding House or vice versa. The Boarding House will be attended by our Administration Officer in the morning and afternoon and a Security Officer from 16.00 Hours onwards. The boarding rooms are air conditioned; consists of 2 beds. Other facilities include:
- One Laundry and Service Area per floor
- One Activity Room with TV for relaxation and interaction
- One Study Room with a few computers
- One Dining Hall for breakfast, lunch and dinner
A Housemaster will live with the students to look after the welfare of our boarders, as well as to ensure that our boarders follow our disciplinary and boarding rules. He/She will play an active role in communicating with our Principal as well as our boarders’ parents on issues concerning the students and their progress. A maid will be hired to perform general household chores like laundry, cleaning, etc. Breakfast, lunch (during holidays and Sundays only) and dinner for boarders will be provided by a catering company appointed by our school. Lunch during school days will be paid by the students and taken in the school canteen.
